Child and Young people Autism assessment
(ages 6-17)
Assessment Process:
Parent/Guardian interview (online):
Duration: 1 hour
Clinical assessment (in-person):
Duration: 2 hours
Questionnaires:
Sent to the parent & another person from a regular setting the young person attends (e.g., teacher)
Including ADHD screening if relevant
Follow-up Appointment:
Duration: 50 minutes
Scheduled 4-6 weeks after the assessment
Report provided after follow-up session
Optional Cognitive Assessment:
Additional cost: $600 plus GST
Gains understanding of learning strengths and challenges

Standard assessment: $2000 plus GST

Cognitive Assessment
(ages 6+)
Assessment Process:
Duration: 2 hours (in-person)
Utilizes Wechsler Intelligence Scales (WISC V and WAIS IV)
Explores cognitive abilities
Provides a cognitive profile for understanding learning and processing information
Includes functional capacity assessment
Follow-up Appointment:
Duration: 50 minutes
Scheduled 3-4 weeks after the assessment
Report provided after follow-up session
Cost:
$1200 plus GST
Note: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, a 100% of the fee will be required when an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours of the appointment.
For assessment, we require an initial $500 plus GST payment at time of booking.
